Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, active Physical Therapy license in Oregon

• Strong communication, adaptability, and time management skills
• Must provide contact details for three most recent supervisor references for application review
• Willingness to work onsite, as virtual options are not available for this role

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to students, implementing individualized plans to foster mobility and participation
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure effective delivery of services and student success
• Travel between school sites as needed, maintaining thorough documentation and communication for each caseload
• Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and attend IEP meetings as an integral member of student support teams
• Stay current with best practices, ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines
