Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract position supporting students across multiple school sites in the Woodburn area as a Physical Therapist. This full-time, onsite opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful impact throughout a school community during an important maternity leave coverage period.

Your assignment runs from September 8, 2026, to December 18, 2026. You'll work with K-12 students in an itinerant capacity, providing vital physical therapy services to help students reach their goals in educational settings. This position is onsite only, as virtual (VOCO) work is not available.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, active Physical Therapy license/certification in Oregon
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric PT setting preferred
• Comfortable working across multiple campuses with diverse student populations
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Must provide contact information for three most recent supervisor references for consideration

Position Details & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct PT services to students K-12 based on IEPs and individual needs
• Travel between sites in an itinerant model to support assigned caseload
• Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to promote student success and participation
• Document sessions, student progress, and maintain compliance with district and state requirements
• Participate in relevant meetings, evaluations, and team discussions

This contract offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, providing a strong sense of consistency as you build meaningful relationships and make a difference.
