Key Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition, mobility, and treatment needs.

• Delivering evidence-based therapy interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and other modalities to mitigate pain and improve function.
• Documenting patient progress effectively, utilizing our electronic health record system to track outcomes and modify treatment strategies as necessary.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care adapted to each patient's unique needs.
• Educating patients and their families on exercise techniques and self-management strategies to sustain physical well-being post-rehabilitation.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations while upholding the highest professional standards.
