Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical evaluations of residents to assess their capabilities and specific therapy needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans with a focus on improving residents' strength, mobility, and overall functional independence.
• Administer diverse therapeutic modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and advanced modalities to address various physical impairments.
• Consistently monitor and document patients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on real-time assessments.
• Collaborate seamlessly with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive care tailored to each resident's unique circumstances.

Qualifications

• A current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New York State is required.
