ImagineArt is hiring an in-house content creator to capture and share the company's story through short-form video, working directly with founders on behind-the-scenes, product-launch, and culture content across platforms. Location On-site Seniority Junior Compared with 20 other Marketing roles: Common across similar roles Unique to this role Responsibilities Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X Capture behind-the-scenes footage from founders' activities, launches, events, and meetings Unique Build authentic personal brands for founders Manage the in-house podcast setup Unique Develop recurring content formats showcasing people, culture, and products Common Experiment with new ideas and iterate quickly based on performance Experience Fresh graduates with content creation experience for creators, founders, startups, or brands Strong videography, editing, and storytelling skills Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar Unique Deep understanding of platform-specific trends (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) Ability to manage content independently from concept to publication Unique Nice to have: personal creator brand, founder/startup content, GenAI knowledge, photography, viral content experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Workman Labs
