Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs, opportunities, and challenges while developing tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to deliver impactful individual and group therapy sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
