Review orders and work orders for correct documentation.Role ResponsibilitiesPerform detailed, analytical clerical work.Close out shipments with correct base and accessorial charges according to customer tariffs.Communicate effectively with customers and owner-operators regarding potential issues.Track, collect, and evaluate all billing documents to ensure necessary information is available for successful invoicing.Bill customer invoices using transportation software (Trinium System).Verify drivers' trip logs and approve driver payments.File and scan paperwork.QualificationsA strong sense of organization and a commitment to adhering to established procedures.Great discretion, sound judgment, and high integrity.A professional demeanor with an upbeat, positive attitude.The ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Location: Channelview, TexasSalary: $19.00 per hourDCI BenefitsMedical, dental and vision Insurance401(k) with generous employer matchPaid time off, including 10 paid holidaysOptional health savings account & flexible spending accountLife insuranceEmployee assistance programParental leaveReferral programTuition reimbursement
