About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Data Center Operations, a pivotal role that demands a seasoned leader with a proven track record in enterprise-scale operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the performance, discipline, and daily execution of a national portfolio of mission-critical multi-tenant and wholesale data centers. This includes overseeing a large team and ensuring the operational heartbeat of the portfolio is in line with the company's standards for uptime, safety, and customer confidence. The role requires a leader with deep command of MEP systems, critical power and cooling infrastructure, and a relentless commitment to operational excellence. The Vice President will also be tasked with driving a culture of safety, ownership, and continuous improvement, as well as building and developing a high-performing operations leadership team. Applicants for the Vice President, Data Center Operations position at the company should have a minimum of ten years' progressive leadership experience in mission-critical operations or similarly complex environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in MEP systems and a proven ability to lead multi-site operations teams. Key responsibilities include enterprise data center operations leadership, critical facility, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing leadership, and safety, security, and risk management.
