Job Title: Office Assistant II (JR-00366) Pay Rate: $16.83/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (40 hours per week) Location: Virginia Beach, VA Job Duties Provide administrative support in a busy office environment. Answer multi-line phone systems and route inquiries appropriately. Assist customers and provide excellent customer service. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records. Draft business correspondence and other office documents. Take meeting notes and maintain documentation as needed. Utilize office equipment and software to support daily operations. Perform general clerical and office support duties as assigned. Preferred Qualification High school diploma or GED required. At least one (1) year of clerical, office assistant, administrative support, customer service, or related experience. Experience answering multi-line phone systems. Strong data entry and organizational skills. Ability to prepare business correspondence and take meeting notes. Proficiency with computers, office software, phones, and copy machines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
