Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification: Required
• At least two years of recent experience in the field: Required
• Critical care experience: Preferred
• EPIC experience: Required

Responsibilities

• Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients based on established standards of care.
• Supervises and directs the activities of nursing staff.
• Collaborates with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Evaluates patient progress toward attaining outcomes.
• Provides health information to patients and family members.
