Human Resource Administrator

Salary: $100k - 115k per year. Responsibilities Oversee HR/Administration function, including onboarding, employee training, coaching, and handling sensitive internal issues. Proactively identify problems and implement effective solutions. Partner with operations/account management and sales teams for optimal customer satisfaction. Present a streamlined technology solution, developing a detailed analysis of customized needs in challenging areas. Ensure the company is compliant with applicable programs and training. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. 5-7 years of HR/Admin, risk, and compliance experience, specifically within 3PL/transportation. Experience working for a transportation company is required. High energy, with a passion for maintaining/retaining relationships with outside clients and vendors. A multi-tasker, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Self-starter with strong organization and presentation skills.
