Bilingual Business Development Representative - State Farm Agent Mansa Nicome State Farm is looking for a driven Business Development Representative in Neptune City, NJ who enjoys talking with people, following a process, and creating new business. This role includes a base pay structure plus eligible commission or bonus, with clear expectations around outbound activity and follow-up. Bilingual fluency (English plus a second language) is required for this role.
