Our work intersects with nearly every major hospital specialty, including: Cardiology Nephrology Infectious Disease Surgery Nutrition Wound Care Rehabilitation Providers work closely with hospitalists, nursing teams, pharmacy, dietitians, and endocrinology support teams to deliver coordinated inpatient care. What You’ll Love About This Position Approximately 16 shifts per month Full benefits eligibility Predictable block-style scheduling More non‑working days than traditional Monday–Friday provider roles Daytime hospital-based rounding only Minimal after‑hours phone-only call No ICU management No procedures No admissions or discharges No controlled substance prescribing Protocol‑driven care model Structured onboarding, training, and mentorship (for both new grads and experienced APPs) Collaborative consultative practice environment Schedule / Shift Availability Based on hiring needs, available shifts may include: Monday + Tuesday + Wednesday + Every Other Weekend Wednesday + Thursday + Friday + Every Other Weekend Compensation $135,200 - $141,400 annually. In addition to your base salary, you will earn uncapped monthly bonuses based on RVU production.
