ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1973, beginning my career as a State Farm agent right out of college. Originally from Louisiana, I’ve spent decades building an agency rooted in relationships, consistency, and teamwork. Today, our office includes 16 team members, and State Farm truly runs in the family — my children are also State Farm agents, and I’m a proud grandparent to four grandchildren. Faith and service are important to me, and I remain very involved in my church, which strongly influences the values we bring into the workplace.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Dennis Chaumont - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
