CAD Drafter

Working remotely, the full-time CAD Drafter will prepare detailed drawings and construction permits using various Autodesk products and design software while managing multiple projects and ensuring compliance with safety practices. Key responsibilities Prepare preliminary and detailed drawings from surveyed field notes and other source documents using Autodesk products Produce and maintain detailed drawings such as grading plans, site plans, and construction permits for infrastructure placement Communicate project status and resolve document issues with internal and external customers while ensuring compliance with safety requirements Required qualifications 3+ years of professional experience in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D 3+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to work as a team member remotely or in an office setting Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Current state driver's license without restrictions
