Project Manager — Lead Projects for a Growing Reno Division

Reno, NV | Full-Time | $130,000 – $180,000 (DOE)

Our client — a premier design-build general contractor with 350+ employees and decades of landmark Silicon Valley commercial work — is expanding in Reno and hiring a Project Manager to own projects end to end. With in-house design and self-perform capabilities, their PMs run genuinely integrated projects: fewer handoffs, faster decisions, better buildings. What You'll Do

Lead commercial projects end to end — budget, schedule, quality, safety, and client relationships
Own project financials: forecasts, cost reports, billings, and change management
Manage subcontractor buyout, contracts, and performance; coordinate self-perform scopes
Drive schedules with superintendents and design teams from precon through turnover
Lead OAC meetings and own day-to-day client and architect relationships
Collaborate with in-house designers on design-build coordination and constructability
Mentor PEs and APMs as the division grows
Identify and mitigate risk across the project lifecycle

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related — or equivalent experience
5+ years of commercial construction PM experience with a general contractor
Ground-up and/or major TI experience; design-build a strong plus
Command of contracts, cost control, scheduling, and change management
Proficiency in Procore (or similar), Bluebeam, and MS Office
Strong client-facing presence and a collaborative, ego-free style
