Job Description We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Dunkin’ team at The Salema Group operated Dunkin’. Pay for an Afternoon/Evening Team Leader is $18.00 per hour plus tips. This may include weekends & holidays. Reliable transportation & flexible availability is required. Responsibilities Customer Service Excellence: Greet guests with a smile, take orders accurately, and ensure a delightful experience. Beverage and Food Preparation: Brew coffee, prepare sandwiches, package donuts, and serve them promptly. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the store tidy, restock supplies, and clean equipment. Team Collaboration: Work harmoniously with fellow crew members and management to create a welcoming atmosphere. Store Closing: Ensure proper closing procedures are followed to prepare for the morning team. Qualifications Positive Attitude: Bring a sunny disposition to work every day.
