About the Company Our client located in Frisco, Texas is in need of a Contract Bookkeeper. This is a 32-hour week hybrid contract opportunity over a 3-4 month period. About the Role Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to provide coverage during a maternity leave. This individual will step into established processes and ensure continuity across day-to-day financial operations without disruption. Responsibilities Maintain and update financial records within QuickBooks Categorize transactions accurately based on existing processes Process and pay vendor bills in a timely manner Support basic account reconciliations Assist with maintaining organized financial documentation Handle light administrative accounting tasks as needed Support in-office responsibilities such as mail handling and check deposits (as required) Qualifications 3+ years of prior bookkeeping experience required Required Skills Proficiency in QuickBooks Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow established processes and workflows Reliable and consistent with strong sense of accountability Comfortable working in a hybrid environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Frontline Source Group
