Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in benefits administration, payroll, human resources, or a related area Proven experience managing employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, HSA, FSA, and 401(k) Demonstrated knowledge of leave administration including FMLA, ADA, and state-specific programs Proficiency with HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration systems (Paycor experience preferred) Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis Solid understanding of employment law compliance on federal, state, and local levels Track record supporting a multi-state workforce Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and customer service focus Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Bilingual Spanish is a plus - Certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS, or CBP highly desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr Performance Beauty Group
