Field Service Scheduler/Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Field Service Scheduler & Coordinator to manage the deployment and long-term planning of our technical service resources. In this critical role, you will serve as the central hub of communication, aligning our field workforce with customer needs to ensure prompt, efficient, and compliant service delivery. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver who excels at logistical puzzles and thrives in a dynamic environment.

salary: $22 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Dynamic Dispatching: Manage and optimize the daily schedules of field resources, ensuring efficient resource allocation and rapid dispatch as service calls wrap up.

• Proactive Planning: Schedule business-critical Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Field Change Orders (FCOs) in strict accordance with contract timelines.

• Conflict Resolution: Coordinate closely with the service team to swiftly resolve scheduling overlaps, unexpected delays, and changing client demands.

• Logistics & Procurement: Oversee the ordering and procurement of necessary service parts to align perfectly with planned maintenance and repairs.

• Data Integrity: Create, modify, and close service orders while accurately tracking indirect activities (e.g., technician training, illness) for compliance reporting.

• Proactive Communication: Maintain clear records and promptly escalate operational roadblocks or service changes to managers and customers to preserve service excellence.
