Field Service Coordinator

Forklift Systems is looking for a highly organized Field Service Coordinator to manage technician schedules, process work orders, and ensure smooth communication between teams and customers. In this role, you'll be the operational link between technicians, customers, and internal departments. You'll track technician labor, process quotes, verify parts and billing details, and ensure high-quality service delivery. This is a key position requiring strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills. The position operates Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with the possibility of occasional overtime. Job Requirements Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in heavy equipment service coordination preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows software Valid driver’s license required Skills & Abilities Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable using scheduling and reporting tools (e.g., Fleetmatics) Effective communicator with customers and internal teams Able to sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused Physical & Schedule Requirements Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Ability to work overtime as needed Sit, type, and interact via phone and computer throughout the day Competitive hourly pay (DOE) Full-time employment with consistent weekday schedule Team-oriented workplace culture Opportunity to develop in a fast-paced and essential operations role #J-18808-Ljbffr
