Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical/Surgical and Telemetry to join our team on the night shift. This position offers flexibility with scheduling preferences between 3x12 or 4x12-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care to an adult and geriatric population.
Monitor patients' vital signs and manage health changes.
Administer medications and IV drips, including Cardizem, Tridil, and Amiodarone.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain patient care documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Active Alabama or Compact Registered Nurse license required.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience is required.
Current certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) are essential.
Ability to manage a patient ratio of 1:6-7.
Proficiency in administering various IV drips.
First-time travelers are welcome to apply.

This position does not offer block scheduling and is limited to candidates outside a 90-mile radius. Candidates with prior permanent employment at this location within the last 10 years are not eligible.
