Registered Nurse (RN)

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our MS/Tele Cardiac Unit. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate professional looking to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional nursing care to patients on the Cardiac unit.
Administer cardiac drips including cardizem, tridil, and amiodarone.
Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:6 to 1:7.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
Comply with all safety and health regulations.

Qualifications

Active and in good standing Registered Nurse license (Compact or Alabama license required).
Experience with cardiac drips is mandatory.
Current BLS and NIH certifications are required.
ACLS certification is preferred.
Must be able to work 36 or 48 hours per week with a commitment to every other weekend.

Additional Information

Shift: Night shifts (3x12 hours, 19:00 - 07:00).
16 hours of non-billable orientation is included.
COVID vaccination is required unless a documented religious or medical exemption is provided.
Flu vaccination is also required unless a documented religious or medical exemption is provided.
