Registered Nurse (RN)

This position is within the MS/Tele Cardiac unit, specializing in the management of cardiac patients.

Job Details

Shift: Night, 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
Patient Ratio: 1:6 to 1:7
Block Scheduling: Allowed
Every Other Weekend: Required

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, which includes:

Administering cardiac drips, including cardizem, tridil, and amiodarone.
Monitoring and assessing patient conditions, including vital signs and cardiac rhythms.
Collaborating with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse license (compact or AL) in good standing.
BLS and NIH certifications are required.
ACLS certification is preferred.
Cardiac drip experience is required.

Orientation

Please note that 16 hours of orientation will be non-billable.
