Medical benefits start 1st of the month after 30 days. Equal Opportunity Employer. What You'll Do Perform routine and major maintenance repairs for apartments, common areas, and grounds. Handle service requests promptly (goal: within one business day). Complete turnkey work for vacant units—paint, repairs, lock changes, inspections, and vendor coordination. Maintain an organized, stocked maintenance shop. Perform preventive maintenance inspections on all systems and structures. Maintain pool equipment, landscaping, irrigation systems, and exterior areas. Participate in on‑call rotations for 24‑hour emergency maintenance. Ensure compliance with the Fair Housing Act and company standards at all times. What We're Looking For HVAC or EPA Certification preferred. Minimum 3 years of related experience. Knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting, appliance repair, plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, and irrigation. Pool operation experience a plus. Must be available for on‑call duty for emergencies. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., bend, stoop, and reach overhead for extended periods. Ready to Join Us?
