The department has 2 OR's for c-sections and emergencies MUST have a KY license Must have a clean background (no issues) No phone calls or emails. Keep all communication on LocumSmart • Vendors are responsible for obtaining and submitting all necessary pre-hire requirements including a completed background check and drug screen to People Services as part of provider onboarding. • Medical Staff Services/CVO will conduct separate background screening and credentialing reviews required for privileging and credentialing • Facilities may impose various administrative, credentialing, or enrollment-related fees as part of their onboarding and approval processes.
