We're looking for a Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent.

Position Title: Recruiter

Location: Utica, MI

Recruiter Job Type: Full-time

Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards and cold-calling
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand client staffing needs and requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
• Manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment.

Recruiter Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruitment, customer service, sales, or related fields is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
• High level of motivation, resilience, and a "never give up" attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
