Location: Covina, CA 91728 (Remote role) Duration: 3-Months Contract (with Possible Extension) Shift: M-F| 5x8 Hours | 40 Hours/Week Pay Rate: Up to $23/Hour on W2

Job Summary: People Coordinator to support a large HR technology implementation project. This role will assist the Senior People Specialist by coordinating project activities, tracking progress, scheduling meetings, supporting training efforts, and ensuring smooth project execution. This is not an entry-level position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project implementation activities.
• Track project timelines, action items, and meeting notes.
• Schedule meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates.
• Support technology implementation, testing, and launch activities.
• Coordinate training sessions and post-launch support.
• Work with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Provide administrative and operational project support.
• Monitor project issues and escalate concerns when needed.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, HR coordination, administrative support, operations, or implementation support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
