We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Marketing Specialist to join our growing Brand team. Reporting directly to the Director of Brand, this is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in how OOFOS tells its product story to the world. You will help bring new collections to life by developing compelling positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that connect deeply with consumers and drive results across channels. This role sits at the intersection of brand, product, and commercial strategy. Key Responsibilities: Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and seasonal product moments. Create and maintain consumer-facing messaging frameworks, positioning documents, and launch briefs for each product launch. Collaborate with Product Development and Merchandising teams to deeply understand product features, benefits, and the competitive landscape. Develop launch narratives and campaign toolkits that equip marketing, sales, and retail partners with compelling, consistent messaging. Partner with Integrated Marketing, Organic Social, Growth, Retention and PR teams to ensure product stories are brought to life cohesively across all touchpoints. Conduct and synthesize consumer research, competitive analysis, and market trend reviews to inform product messaging and positioning. Monitor competitor product launches and marketing activity to identify opportunities and gaps for OOFOS in the market. Use consumer insight to translate product attributes into meaningful benefits that resonate with target audiences. Support the development of seasonal and always-on product marketing plans that drive awareness, consideration, and conversion. Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as a key connector between the Brand team and Product, Merchandising, Creative, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment on messaging and launch timelines. Partner with the Creative team to brief and develop product-related assets including copy, imagery, video, and digital content. Support internal communications around product launches, including presentation materials for leadership and key stakeholders. Participate in product line reviews, seasonal planning meetings, and brand strategy discussions. Measurement & Reporting Track and report on key performance indicators for product launches, including awareness, traffic, and conversion metrics. Leverage data and post-launch analysis to identify learnings and continuously improve go-to-market approaches. Maintain launch calendars and project timelines, ensuring all product marketing deliverables are on track. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or a related marketing function, preferably within a consumer goods, lifestyle, fashion, or footwear brand. Demonstrated ability to develop clear, compelling messaging and positioning for consumer products. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously. Familiarity with go-to-market planning, product launch execution, and cross-functional collaboration. Analytical mindset with comfort using data to inform creative decisions and measure marketing effectiveness. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail. A natural storyteller with creative instincts and the ability to translate product features into consumer benefits. Highly collaborative, with a proactive attitude and a desire to work within a fast-moving, growth-oriented team.
