Bilingual Legal Secretary (Spanish/English)
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
$26.30-$33.00/hr DOE

Join a mission-driven nonprofit legal organization as a Bilingual Legal Secretary. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients while providing administrative support to a dedicated legal team serving the community.
What You'll Do
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and compassion
- Answer calls and assist with client inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Prepare and organize legal documents
- Manage confidential client information
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff
- Assist with data entry, correspondence, and records management
- Support daily office operations and special projects

Qualifications
- Fluent or highly proficient in Spanish and English
- 2+ years of administrative, legal support, reception, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient with computers and office software
- Professional and discreet when handling confidential information
- High School Diploma or equivalent
