Quality People.” General Job Information: Department : Human Resources Scheduled Hours : 0800-1630 Working Days : M-F Location : Granada Hills, CA Salary Range : $23 Status : Full-Time We are looking for a driven and resourceful Healthcare Recruiter who enjoys the challenge of finding qualified candidates for difficult-to-fill healthcare positions in Allied Healthcare. This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who is persistent, organized, comfortable talking to people, and willing to think outside the box when traditional recruiting methods aren't working. What You’ll Do: Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, referrals, databases, schools, networking, and other creative methods. Recruit for challenging healthcare positions in radiology, laboratory, and rehabilitation therapies and build a strong pipeline of potential candidates. Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews. Coordinate interviews between candidates and healthcare facility hiring managers. Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates, hiring managers, and HR within different facilities throughout the hiring process. Track multiple candidates at different stages of recruitment and pre-employment. Monitor required documentation and maintain accurate electronic and physical candidate files. Communicate with healthcare facilities regarding candidate qualifications, interviews, onboarding, and facility-specific requirements. Adapt to different facility protocols, requirements, and processes. Participate in career fairs, school presentations, virtual presentations, and other recruiting events. Represent QTS professionally when speaking with students, faculty, healthcare professionals, and prospective employees. Assist with social media recruiting, including filming videos and other recruiting content. Answer phones and assist with general office and administrative responsibilities. Support other departments and coworkers when needed. The ideal candidate is: Persistent – You don’t give up when a position is difficult to fill. A strong communicator – You are comfortable speaking with candidates, clients, schools, and healthcare professionals. A critical thinker – You can identify problems, find solutions, and adjust your approach when something isn’t working. Adaptable – You can learn and follow different requirements and protocols for multiple healthcare facilities. Professional and discreet – You understand the importance of confidentiality, professionalism, and respectful workplace communication. Team-oriented – You are willing to help your coworkers and contribute wherever needed, regardless of department. Qualifications: Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, healthcare, or related administrative experience. Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and recruiting platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team. Reliable source of transportation for events. Preferred: Healthcare or medical staffing recruiting experience. Experience recruiting difficult-to-fill positions. Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, social media recruiting, or applicant tracking systems.
