Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients to identify their emotional, mental, and social needs.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s recovery goals and mental health needs.
\n
• Providing individual and family counseling sessions to foster emotional support and facilitate recovery adaptations.

• Collaborating with medical professionals, including physicians and psychiatrists, to ensure an integrated approach to recovery and wellness.

• Advocating for clients’ rights and connecting them with appropriate community resources, therapy groups, and recovery supports.

• Continuously evaluating clients’ progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Documenting all aspects of client interactions, treatment progress, and any relevant changes in their situations in a timely and accurate manner using our electronic health record (EHR) tools.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse population of clients, including individuals of various ages and backgrounds who are seeking help for substance use disorders. Many of these clients will have a history of trauma or mental health challenges that exacerbate their conditions. Your role will involve not only clinical support but also emotional guidance as they navigate the recovery process.

Qualifications\n

The ideal applicant will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
