Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans grounded in best practices.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to individual client preferences and requirements.

• Documenting clinical progress and maintaining timely, accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure holistic care.

• Participating in regular team meetings and case consultations to uphold quality assurance and continually enhance care delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
