This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients across Orlando, Florida, and beyond. The position promotes a healthy work-life balance through flexible scheduling options, with available shifts during the hours of 8 AM to 7 PM from Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, groups, couples, and families affected by trauma and substance use issues, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Conduct thorough client assessments by gathering and interpreting social, personal, environmental, and health information to inform treatment plans.

• Develop tailored treatment strategies and evaluate treatment outcomes, adjusting approaches as necessary to ensure the effectiveness of services provided.

• Coordinate and implement programs and activities that address the social and emotional needs of clients, promoting recovery and stability.

• Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral health interventions, focusing on immediate crisis resolution while providing referrals to community resources when required.

• Establish and maintain a therapeutic relationship characterized by mutual respect, acceptance, and trust.

• Document all findings and treatment progress in client records in accordance with established protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Maintain a manageable caseload and ensure that all documenting is reflective of the services provided and meets quality assurance guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits\n
