Work Environment\n

This position is based at our Detox Center, which is designed to create a safe and therapeutic environment for individuals undergoing treatment. The role is primarily remote, allowing flexibility in your work setting while maintaining effective collaboration with our multidisciplinary team. You will be equipped with the necessary tools to conduct remote assessments and provide vital support to clients and families from the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to determine their needs and develop tailored intervention plans.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), continually monitoring and adapting to client progress.
\n
• Provide emotional and practical support to families, assisting them in understanding and managing their child's treatment plan effectively.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment approach to enhance client outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and informed decision-making.
\n
• Administer evaluations and assessments in compliance with Federal and State regulations, ensuring meticulous documentation of client progress and outcomes.
\n
• Engage clients and families in developing joint plans that recommend strategies tailored to their unique challenges and goals.
\n
• Deliver ongoing support to foster a positive and productive environment for all clients and families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with young children facing developmental delays, disabilities, or substance exposure. By focusing on the first three years of life, your interventions will significantly impact their physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Your work will not only enhance the clients' direct experiences but will also empower families with the tools they need to support their children effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) recognized by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license for any necessary travel or home visits.

Compensation and Benefits\n
