This position is fully remote, meaning you can work from the comfort of your home while still being connected to our supportive clinical community. Our work schedule is flexible, primarily following a Monday to Friday routine from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive therapy: Deliver individualized therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of your clients while utilizing effective therapeutic methods supported by evidence-based practices.

• Conduct intake assessments: Perform thorough intake evaluations to gather essential client histories, establish treatment goals, and collaboratively develop personalized, trauma-informed treatment plans.

• Offer psychoeducation: Educate clients and families about mental health, coping strategies, and available resources to enhance their treatment experience and build essential skills for long-term recovery.

• Maintain detailed documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of each session within our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to all HIPAA regulations and state-specific compliance requirements.

• Manage a personalized caseload: Handle a manageable caseload that aligns with your professional goals and schedule, allowing for focused and effective treatment for each client you serve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders. You will engage in therapy with individuals, couples, and families, providing critical support and therapeutic interventions to help clients navigate their recovery processes and reinforcing their strengths.

Qualifications\n

• Active LCSW license in the state of Florida is mandatory for this position.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
