Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health examinations that comprise psychosocial assessments, diagnostic interviews, and risk evaluations aimed at identifying patient needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique goals and cultural backgrounds of each patient, applying collaborative techniques to ensure their active participation in their recovery journey.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies in individual, couple, family, and group settings, including CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Perform crisis intervention services to assist patients in acute distress, collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering strictly to clinic policy and regulatory requirements.

• Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families to empower them with skills and strategies to manage mental health issues effectively.

• Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate holistic patient care.

• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes to assess therapy efficacy and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Stay informed of the latest research, evidence-based practices, and emerging trends in mental health, integrating this knowledge into clinical practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, depending on experience, education, and skill level.
