Remote Tech Support Engineer: Data & SQL Troubleshooter

eOne is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer in Austin to support and scale our DataBlend integration platform. You will handle day-to-day tickets and quickly take ownership of complex integration and data-related issues, using strong SQL to investigate data and troubleshoot customer issues. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering, document findings, and clearly communicate with finance/accounting users.
