Accounts Payable Associate

The Accounts Payable Associate will be responsible for all payable’s aspects of the company. The ideal candidate will have experience being responsible for the entire AP process for a company.Job Duties:Receive, process approvals, and enter all payables invoices into Intacct software in a timely fashion. Accounts Payable Associate will work closely with Controller to reduce expenses and provide effective cost control. Research any discrepancies when neededPrepare weekly payablesReconcile monthly vendor statementsReconcile and post credit card statements, Review accounts weekly (Mastercard) to ensure sufficient credit availability. Coordinate with Controller when payments must be madeProcess all expense reports. Obtain proper department approval on all incoming payablesTrack and reconcile fuel inventories at Airport and others as necessaryCommunicate and correspond with vendors. Resolve any discrepancies and or problemsInput within 2 daysPay within terms or betterPayables report monthly3 years+ of comprehensive full-cycle Accounts Payable experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Access, OutlookStrong problem-solving abilitiesSound financial and accounting skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Paycom - ATS
