Position Summary:

The Staffing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting regional operations by managing the scheduling and placement of 20–80 field employees. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for evaluating candidate qualifications, coordinating placements, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with field employees to understand job requirements and ensure successful placements.
• Assess qualifications and match candidates to appropriate client assignments.
• Communicate regularly with clients to confirm staffing needs and employee fit.
• Maintain daily staffing operations and ensure all client requests are fulfilled promptly.
• Secure coverage for all open orders and strive to maintain zero unfilled positions.
• Track employee schedules and assignments using internal software systems.
• Monitor employee attendance and overtime to ensure compliance with client expectations.
• Support payroll accuracy by working closely with the supervisor.
• Meet weekly gross profit goals by managing pay rates and placement efficiency.
• Attend annual trade shows relevant to your market; travel expenses are covered by BG Multifamily.
