Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented candidates for an Investment Banking Analyst role within our partner network. This position offers hands-on exposure to financial analysis, deal execution, and client advisory.

Candidates will support senior professionals across live transactions, gaining experience in valuation, market research, and investment strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for valuation and investment analysis

• Support deal sourcing and pipeline management to track opportunities

• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify trends

• Assist in due diligence processes and transaction execution

• Prepare pitch books, presentations, and client materials

• Analyze financial statements and performance metrics

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Track and report on KPIs and deal progress

• Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field

• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and accounting principles

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship or experience in investment banking, consulting, or finance

• Familiarity with DCF, comparable company analysis, and transaction modeling

• Experience supporting client-facing presentations

• Interest in capital markets, M&A, or private investments
