Work Environment This position is fully remote, allowing you to work comfortably from home while engaging with clients through a secure telehealth platform. You will collaborate with a supportive staff of mental health professionals dedicated to interdisciplinary care and continuous learning. Our outpatient office serves as a virtual hub for communication, ensuring a cohesive team environment despite physical distances. Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual therapy sessions to assess client needs and provide evidence-based treatment. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans, continually evaluating client progress and modifying approaches as necessary. Maintain thorough and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary colleagues to coordinate care and refer clients to additional resources when needed. Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current with the latest trends in mental health practices and teletherapy technologies. Patient Population / Client Focus Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including individuals facing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. You will provide culturally competent care, respecting the unique challenges and strengths each client brings to therapy. Qualifications A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. An active California license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC is required. A minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to establish and maintain therapeutic rapport with clients virtually. Preferred Experience Previous experience in a telehealth setting is strongly preferred, helping you adapt quickly to our digital workflow. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and client management. Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and techniques to enhance client engagement. Compensation and Benefits This rewarding position offers a competitive annual salary ranging between USD 115,000 and 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
