Work Environment This position is based remotely, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home or any setting of your choice. Utilizing state-of-the-art telehealth technology, our licensed therapists engage with clients through secure video and phone platforms. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including licensed professionals and administrative support, to ensure comprehensive care and continuous improvement in our services. Key Responsibilities In this role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Conducting thorough mental health assessments to understand the unique needs and challenges facing each client. Developing personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, client goals, and evidence-based practices. Providing teletherapy sessions, utilizing interactive communication techniques to engage clients effectively. Maintaining organized, accurate, and timely documentation of treatment sessions to comply with healthcare regulations and standards. Collaboration with a diverse team of healthcare providers to ensure holistic support for each client. Participating in regular supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and receive feedback on your practice. Staying up-to-date with best practices in telehealth and mental health treatment to deliver the highest quality care to your clients. Patient Population / Client Focus You will have the privilege of working with a diverse client population, ranging from adolescents to adults facing mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to establish rapport and nurture a therapeutic alliance will be essential in empowering clients to engage in their mental health journey. Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must possess: An active California license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD). A completed Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field. Demonstrated strong communication skills and an ability to build meaningful relationships with clients. A commitment to maintaining accurate clinical documentation and adherence to ethical practices. Preferred Experience While a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting is required, candidates with additional experience in teletherapy or specialized therapeutic techniques may be preferred. Compensation and Benefits This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to USD 120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
