Bilingual Customer Service Rep Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 18.75 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Serve as a bilingual point of contact, effectively communicating with both English and Spanish-speaking customers to ensure accurate and timely support.
• Accurately document customer interactions, service requests, and account updates in company systems while maintaining detailed and organized records.
• Utilize strong computer skills to navigate multiple software platforms, enter data, track shipments, and generate reports as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while supporting a collaborative hybrid work environment and representing the company in a positive manner.

Bilingual Customer Service Rep Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer-based systems.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional business attire and presentation required when working on-site.
