Job Title: Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable Clerk

Are you detail-oriented and great with numbers? We’re looking for a reliable AR/AP Clerk to join our growing finance team!

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and timely payments (AP)

• Issue customer billing, track receivables, and manage collections (AR)

• Reconcile bank and account statements accurately

Requirements:

• 3+ years of AR/AP experience

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Excel

• strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable
 Process vendor invoices accurately and timely.
 Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
 Verify coding and obtain appropriate approvals.
 Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
 Maintain vendor files and W-9 documentation.
 Respond to vendor inquiries professionally.
 Assist with month-end AP closing procedures.
 Monitor outstanding payables and payment terms to maximize cash flow.

Accounts Receivable
 Post customer payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers, credit cards).
 Apply payments accurately to customer accounts.
 Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue balances.
 Communicate professionally with customers regarding payment status.
 Resolve invoice discrepancies with customers and internal departments.
 Prepare daily cash receipts and deposits.
 Maintain accurate customer account records.
 Assist in credit applications and customer account setup.

The essential functions of this role include:
