Monday–Thursday | 3:00pm–1:00am | Overtime Available | $3/HOUR SHIFT PREMIUM Union, OH – Near Dayton, Troy, Englewood & Vandalia United Alloy is hiring an experienced Powder Coat Painters at our Union, Ohio (Dayton area) facility. If you take pride in painting, have a strong desire to grow, and — we want to talk to you. No travel. Home every night. Full-time manufacturing role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Willing and able to paint 100% of assigned hours for the length of employment at UA
• Understands and can execute proper powder coat application techniques
• Understands paint gun settings and can regulate as necessary
• Is able to troubleshoot and make minor repairs to maintain equipment
• Understands and can execute the required PM to paint line equipment
• Is able to paint efficiently and effectively to meet UA's paint aesthetic and customer requirements
• Is able to use equipment to check and verify paint thickness

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Some exposure to metal fabrication concepts and processes
• Previous experience or exposure to powder paint application and processes
• Keen sense of attention to detail
• Ability to operate overhead cranes, tape measure, caliper, basic hand tools and air tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Manual dexterity
• Hand/eye coordination
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform all duties in conjunction with UAI and ISO requirements
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 100 pounds with an assist
