Document Control Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Control Specialist to support project documentation, data entry, and records management in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid role in Charlotte, NC offers an excellent opportunity to build experience in document control, construction documentation, and information management .
Employment Type: Full-Time, 3-Year W2 ContractPay: $20-$24/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, process, and secure project documentation (vendor docs, construction documents, quality records, business records)
- Maintain document control systems , ensuring accuracy, version control, and compliance
- Coordinate assembly, reproduction, revision tracking, and submission for archival construction work packages
- Support archival, retrieval, and organization of project records
- Develop efficient, cost-effective solutions for project information management
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, document control, or records management
- Solid attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Proficiency with document management systems and Microsoft Office
