Each day, you'll feel challenged and know you are making a difference in the lives of millions. **About the Role:** **About the Role (Call Center Agent - Travel Benefits)** - Responsible for managing inbound calls throughout your entire shift - Effectively utilize multiple tools and more than ten systems to accurately and efficiently assist travelers - Handle emails and process requests while multitasking in a fast-paced environment - De-escalate challenging calls - Collaborate with the team - Support side projects that showcase leadership and drive continuous improvement - Meet and maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets by ensuring timely response, resolution, and overall service quality standards **Requirements:** + **Must be a Delta retiree who has 3+ years' experience with Deltamatic** + Have a High School Diploma, or equivalent + Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check + Must have strong customer service mindset with clear, professional communication and the ability to follow instructions accurately + Must have the ability to navigate multiple systems and priorities while quickly learning new processes in a fast-paced environment + Must have exceptional attention to detail with a collaborative approach to achieving shared team goals + Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175) + Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router + _We are currently NOT hiring in the following geographies, including but not limited to:_ _States: AK, AZ, CA, CT, CO, HI, IL, MA, MD, ME, MO, MT, NE, NJ, NY, RI, OR, VT, WA. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
