Primary Brain Health (PBH) is building a new way for people to understand, navigate, and act on their brain health. We're an early-stage company working at the intersection of healthcare, technology, diagnostics, and care navigation.

We're looking for a Lead, Operations who loves to build and execute.

You'll join early enough to help create the operating foundation of the company, turning ideas into workflows, systems, tools, and processes that work in the real world. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who moves quickly, is comfortable with ambiguity, and is willing to own whatever needs to get done.

You'll work closely across product, clinical, commercial, and technology to help PBH launch, learn, and scale.

What You'll Do

• Build the operating foundation. Create the workflows, systems, metrics, and processes PBH needs to launch and scale.
• Drive execution. Take loosely defined priorities, turn them into concrete plans, and push them through to completion.
• Solve operational problems. Identify what is getting in the way, get into the details, and build practical solutions quickly.
• Use data to make decisions. Build models, analyze performance, understand capacity and economics, and use data to guide where we focus.
• Use technology aggressively. Look for every opportunity to use AI, automation, and technology to move faster and make operations more scalable.
• Work cross-functionally. Partner closely with Product, Clinical, and Technology to make sure what we build works operationally and delivers a great experience.
• Wear multiple hats. You might be building a workflow, modeling staffing needs, launching a partner, setting up a new tool, analyzing performance, or solving an entirely new problem, sometimes in the same week.

What We're Looking For

• Healthcare experience is required.
• Digital health, healthcare technology, or provider / care delivery experience is a strong plus.
• Experience operating in a fast-moving, complex environment.
• A track record of building things from the ground up rather than simply managing established processes.
• Highly analytical and comfortable with data -  able to build a model, pressure-test assumptions, identify the right metrics, and turn insights into action.
• Highly execution-oriented, with a strong bias toward action and comfort moving quickly with imperfect information.
• Strong instincts for how technology, AI, and automation can make operations dramatically better.
• Comfortable moving between strategic questions and very detailed execution.
• A builder mentality, low ego, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
• A sense of humor is an added plus.

This is a hybrid role based in or near Boston, MA .
