Skilled Construction Laborer – $25/HourWe're hiring General Laborers to support the construction of prefabricated metal buildings. This role involves a mix of foundation work, assembly, and hands-on tasks using basic tools. You'll receive training to read blueprints and contribute to the successful completion of commercial projects.ResponsibilitiesAssist with footings and foundation preparationAssemble prefabricated metal buildingsOperate hand and power tools, lifts, telehandlers, and skid steersPerform physical labor on commercial construction sitesWork with materials including metal panels, trims, insulation, drywall, and paintFollow verbal and written instructions accuratelyMaintain a clean and safe work environmentPerform other duties as assignedSkills & Experience1+ year of construction experienceFamiliarity with basic hand and power toolsExposure to at least 3 of the following trades: Metal Panel Installation, Trims, Insulation, Carpentry, Drywall, PaintingReliable transportation to and from job sitesWillingness to work in varying weather conditions (Summer/Winter)Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy objectsReady to build your future in commercial construction?Apply today and join a team that values hard work, craftsmanship, and growth.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln, NE.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
